I loved being just a short stroll away from the stunning Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and the charming Gatlinburg Convention Center, which made my city strolls truly enjoyable. it was great to have so many restaurants and shops nearby for a convenient bite or souvenir after a long day of exploring the sights. As a solo traveler, I appreciated the tranquility of my room as it provided a cozy retreat after my adventures outdoors.

stayed at the hampton inn for 2 nights and had a great time. the breakfast was excellent, especially the bacon, and we loved the view from our king room with sofa bed. the pool area was nice, and having the trolley stop right outside made exploring easy. the hotel was very clean and the staff were super friendly, always ready to help!

Had a fantastic time with friends! The hotel was clean and had a great outdoor hot tub area. We enjoyed spending a day at Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies and exploring local wineries. Just a heads up, the uphill walk to downtown can be a workout, but the location is close to some awesome activities.

The only downside was that it took a while for our room to get cleaned up each day. A bit frustrating when you're out and about and want to relax afterward.

The culinary scene in Gatlinburg is to die for! The Log Cabin Pancake House keeps the flapjacks flying, and you can’t miss the savory bites at Cherokee Grill – trust me, their steaks are legendary! Also, loved the comfortable beds at the hotel and the chill vibe by the creek with the fire pits.

The breakfast area was a bit cramped. finding a spot was like winning a scavenger hunt. Plus, they could really use a pancake-making machine instead of the manual one – those lines were a whole vibe on their own! Also, only one elevator was working, which made waiting feel eternal.

great location but thermostat issues

The convenience of the hotel made exploring the area easy for my family with children. The view from our room added a special touch to our stay, making it even more delightful.

I just wish the air flow from the thermostat system could be better managed.
